With Nelle’s experience level and ambition to acquire new knowledge, she has learned to adapt to any style or trend. She is an excellent listener and enjoys designing total looks for her guests.  Nelle is a highly motivated American Board Certified Haircolorist who loves a challenge!  Nelle is also certified in Brazilian Blowout keratin hair treatments as well as being a Redken Educator. She also holds Redken certifications as a Designer and Haircolorist. Being a member of the Michael Shae Salon and Day Spa staff since 2003, Nelle has developed an eye for haircolor and shape which she utilizes to make you look and feel your best!
